Customised maintenace plans.
We adapt maintenance to customers needs, by making a prior study. Interventions will be scheduled so that economic impact on customers activity is reduced to a minimum while in full compliance with the instructions given by the manufacturers of both the engine and the alternator.
Maintenance audits of generating sets and the ATS(Automatic Transfer Switch).
Our specialist engineers will make pre-arranged visits to the premises of the customer for auditing the maintenance of the machines installed, which will lead to a detailed report on the status of the premises and the recommendations to be followed.
Urgent breakdown Service.
An urgent service is provided, which will assist the customer in the event of sudden breakdowns.
Installation & Commissioning Service
Following a quotation, the installation and commissioning services will be provided.
Spare parts and consumables sales service.
We stock spare parts and consumables from the main engine manufacturers, etc.
24/365 days maintenance service
BENZA Energy provides a comprehensive maintenance service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This service is provided under contract. Customers will have the following advantages:
